CEAS understands that the diversity of our students, faculty and staff is a direct link to the strength of the college. Engineers and computer scientists design creative solutions for complicated problems. Their success is dependent on the contributions of people with different perspectives and backgrounds.

We honor the uniqueness of the members of our community through outreach, diversity programs and student organizations. The CEAS strategic plan specifically identifies a goal to improve the climate for women and students of color through the recruitment of diverse students, faculty and staff.
