Academic Programs
The Department of Educational Psychology at UW-Milwaukee is comprised of four curricular areas. Those areas are: Counseling, Learning and Development, Research Methodology, and School Psychology. Within these four areas, our department offers a total of nine degrees. Our doctoral degrees in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology are fully accredited by the American Psychological Association.* If you know the area in which you are interested, please contact the Area Chair for the specialization for more information. Learning & Development and Research Methodology having rolling admissions. Applicants are encouraged to begin the application process one year before they plan to enter ANY of our programs. This includes their application to the Graduate School.
* The Ph.D. specializations in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology are accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
